Et ce n\u2019est pas facile de d\u00e9nicher des gens ayant le service \u00e0 c\u0153ur et capables de s\u2019adapter au rythme et \u00e0 la pression associ\u00e9e \u00e0 ces emplois.<\/p>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de recrutement, le secteur de la sant\u00e9 a cependant un gros avantage sur l\u2019industrie de la restauration, soit des horaires g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus raisonnables. Les \u00e9tablissements peuvent donc tirer parti de cet avantage pour attirer les personnes les plus talentueuses. Par ailleurs, les emplois dans ce secteur sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s gratifiants, car ils contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie des patients et des r\u00e9sidents.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant que vous savez comment vous d\u00e9marquer parmi une quantit\u00e9 inou\u00efe d\u2019employeurs potentiels, il ne vous reste plus qu\u2019\u00e0 trouver les bonnes personnes \u00e0 qui transmettre votre message.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Trouver des employ\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Chaque g\u00e9n\u00e9ration a besoin d\u2019\u00eatre trait\u00e9e diff\u00e9remment\u2009\u00bb, explique Karla Spaeth, directrice de d\u00e9partement pour le programme de gestion de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie, de la restauration et des complexes touristiques de l\u2019universit\u00e9 Northwood, au Michigan. Les onglets Carri\u00e8res des sites Internet sont aussi efficaces avec ce groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, il faut se tourner vers le num\u00e9rique et les m\u00e9dias sociaux : <em>Monster.ca<\/em>, <em>Snagajob.com<\/em>, <em>Craigslist.ca<\/em>, <em>Indeed.com<\/em>, <em>LinkedIn.com<\/em>, and <em>Kijiji.ca<\/em> , sans compter les nombreux sites sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Enfin, il ne faut surtout pas oublier Twitter et Instagram. <em>nutritionjobs.com<\/em> can be helpful for skilled positions. And don\u2019t forget Twitter and Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pourriez aussi demander des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e0 votre personnel ou \u00e0 vos clients, vous adresser aux \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement, participer \u00e0 des salons de l\u2019emploi ou offrir des stages.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, Shannex, qui fournit des services d\u2019h\u00e9bergement et de soins dans l\u2019est du Canada, invite les \u00e9tudiants en cuisine de la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 faire le tour de ses installations. \u00ab\u2009De 100 \u00e0 125 \u00e9tudiants visitent chaque ann\u00e9e nos cuisines et beaucoup d\u2019entre eux y font un stage, explique Heather Hanson, directrice des communications et des affaires de la collectivit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. Mais il n\u2019est pas simple de d\u00e9terminer si une personne poss\u00e8de ces qualit\u00e9s. Dan Longton, PDG et fondateur de TraitSet, recommande de faire remplir aux candidats un questionnaire d\u2019\u00e9valuation du comportement.<\/p>\n<p>Ces \u00e9valuations mesurent quelques comportements, dont la rigueur, la performance, l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9thique de travail et la fa\u00e7on d\u2019assimiler l\u2019information.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Vous devez chercher des gens qui poss\u00e8dent les qualit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour le poste \u00e0 combler, explique M. Longton.
