Mais comme beaucoup de baby-boomers partent \u00e0 la retraite et que de nombreux Y ne font qu\u2019entrer dans l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte, les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X sont sur le point de devenir une pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse de la population active. Les gestionnaires qui rejettent parfois les X, sous pr\u00e9texte qu\u2019ils sont paresseux et \u00e9gocentriques, devraient y repenser \u00e0 deux fois. Alors que les X entrent dans une phase de maturit\u00e9 et accordent plus d\u2019importance \u00e0 leur carri\u00e8re, leur exp\u00e9rience pourrait constituer un atout pr\u00e9cieux pour combler l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les baby-boomers et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y.<\/p>\n<h3>Mieux les comprendre pour savoir comment les convaincre<\/h3>\n<p>Donc, qui sont-ils? Ils attachent aussi de la valeur au plaisir, ce qui se refl\u00e8te dans leur travail. Dan Longton, pr\u00e9sident de TraitSet, une entreprise de gestion de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, fait remarquer que les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X veulent s\u2019amuser au travail, et qu\u2019ils ont tendance \u00e0 quitter les emplois o\u00f9 ce n\u2019est pas le cas.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que l\u2019on reconna\u00eet ce qu\u2019ils sont vraiment, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire d\u00e9brouillards, intelligents, enjou\u00e9s et ind\u00e9pendants mais aptes au travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe, il devient plus facile de les int\u00e9grer. Longton. M\u00eame s\u2019il n\u2019a pas toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 possible d\u2019agrandir, de r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir et de faire glisser l\u2019information sur une tablette, les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X ont \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moin de nombreux changements technologiques et s\u2019y sont bien adapt\u00e9s. Ils apprendront donc facilement \u00e0 utiliser les syst\u00e8mes de points de vente et autres applications de gestion des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Et \u00e0 mesure que les travailleurs occupant des postes de direction partiront \u00e0 la retraite, les X pourront prendre la rel\u00e8ve. Comme ils sont assez \u00e9duqu\u00e9s \u2013 40 % d\u2019entre eux d\u00e9tiennent au minimum un dipl\u00f4me coll\u00e9gial \u2013, ils constituent des candidats tout d\u00e9sign\u00e9s pour ces postes. Cependant, d\u2019apr\u00e8s M. Longton, ils s\u2019en tirent moins bien quand ils sont laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames. Vous aurez \u00e9galement avantage \u00e0 vous int\u00e9resser \u00e0 leur vie. Toujours d\u2019apr\u00e8s Entrepreneur.com, puisque les X ont grandi dans des familles o\u00f9 le travail passait avant la vie familiale, pour leur part, ils aspirent plut\u00f4t \u00e0 un \u00e9quilibre dans ce domaine.
