Par exemple, \u00ab\u2009offrez une r\u00e9duction aux clients qui apportent un jouet ou un aliment non p\u00e9rissable, conseille-t-il. Faites-en la publicit\u00e9 dans votre restaurant, dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux ou \u00e0 l\u2019aide de prospectus. Vous serez surpris de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat suscit\u00e9.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Se donner un air festif<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009D\u00e9corez votre \u00e9tablissement pour lui donner un air accueillant et festif, recommande-t-il. Faites jouer de la musique de circonstance et demandez \u00e0 votre personnel de s\u2019habiller de mani\u00e8re un peu plus chic que d\u2019habitude.\u2009\u00bb Mme Lavoie abonde dans le m\u00eame sens. \u00ab\u2009Utilisez des serviettes de table et des nappes color\u00e9es, des contenants d\u00e9coratifs, etc.\u2009\u00bb sugg\u00e8re-t-elle.<\/p>\n<h3>Cr\u00e9er un menu en fonction des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009De plus en plus, les menus doivent tenir compte des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de chaque g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, affirme St\u00e9phane Renaud, chef corporatif pour la division de Qu\u00e9bec.
