Ainsi, les saveurs et ingr\u00e9dients de l\u2019Extr\u00eame-Orient migrent lentement des restaurants ethniques vers les \u00e9tablissements en tout genre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Les recettes et produits asiatiques sont devenus tr\u00e8s accessibles. Et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la popularit\u00e9 des restaurants d\u00e9contract\u00e9s et de la cuisine de rue, les saveurs asiatiques r\u00e9invent\u00e9es se sont taill\u00e9 une place dans le paysage culinaire\u2009\u00bb, affirme Michael Viloria, chef pour la division de la Colombie-Britannique de Service alimentaire Gordon.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs facteurs ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019explosion de l\u2019influence des saveurs asiatiques. Mais une chose est certaine : les consommateurs s\u2019attendent \u00e0 beaucoup plus qu\u2019\u00e0 de traditionnels mets chinois.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9es par l\u2019exploration de cuisines tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9es, tr\u00e8s r\u00e9gionales\u2009\u00bb, explique David Evans, chef pour la division de l\u2019Ontario.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Selon le rapport de Technomic inc. Food Trends for Canada\u2019s Restaurant Industry, c\u2019est la cuisine de rue qui offre le plus de possibilit\u00e9s. D\u2019apr\u00e8s Technomic, ce mouvement \u00ab\u2009ne refl\u00e8te pas qu\u2019une volont\u00e9 d\u2019authenticit\u00e9, mais aussi une sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 dans l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des saveurs et une mise en valeur d\u2019un vrai patrimoine culinaire.\u2009\u00bb &nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Id\u00e9es de menu<\/h3>\n<p>Pour s\u00e9duire sa client\u00e8le, on int\u00e8gre les saveurs asiatiques \u00e0 de nouveaux plats ou \u00e0 des classiques r\u00e9invent\u00e9s, et on les propose en plat du jour ou sous forme d\u2019offre pour un temps limit\u00e9. Voici quelques id\u00e9es \u00e0 explorer :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bao.<\/strong> Garnissez ces brioches d\u2019\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s n\u2019importe quoi : flanc de porc, peau de saumon croustillante et l\u00e9gumes marin\u00e9s, poulet frit, viandes fum\u00e9es maison, etc. Puis servez-les comme en-cas ou en plat \u00e0 partager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poulet frit cor\u00e9en.<\/strong> Comment ne pas se r\u00e9galer de ce poulet aux notes sucr\u00e9es et \u00e9pic\u00e9es \u00e0 la peau fine et craquante?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kimchi. <\/strong>Garnissez tacos, hot-dogs et poutines de cet ingr\u00e9dient typiquement cor\u00e9en fait de chou et de l\u00e9gumes ferment\u00e9s.
