Les consommateurs actuels sont friands d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients saisonniers et aiment particuli\u00e8rement les menus ax\u00e9s sur les produits naturels et tr\u00e8s peu transform\u00e9s. Dans cette optique, nos recettes du printemps misent sur des pr\u00e9parations tout en fra\u00eecheur inspir\u00e9es de la cuisine du monde et des plats r\u00e9confortants.<\/p>\n<h3>Mise en vedette des l\u00e9gumes<\/h3>\n<p>Ici, pas question d\u2019enlever quoi que ce soit. On cherche plut\u00f4t \u00e0 bonifier : plus de saveurs, plus de possibilit\u00e9s, plus de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. On garde le poulet, mais on augmente la mise avec du quinoa rouge, du chou-fleur et de la roquette pour cr\u00e9er une salade tr\u00e8s app\u00e9tissante \u00e0 la fois pleine de saveurs et de textures. Quant \u00e0 notre recette de chakchouka, elle est inspir\u00e9e du plat d\u2019\u0153ufs traditionnel marocain, mais transform\u00e9 en savoureuse frittata qui peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019avance pour faciliter le service. La version que nous proposons comprend du brocoli, de l\u2019edamame et des pommes de terre, le tout servi sur une sauce aux tomates et poivrons, mais peut facilement \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e. Voil\u00e0 une belle fa\u00e7on de pr\u00e9senter les \u0153ufs autrement.<\/p>\n<h3>Cong\u00e9s du printemps<\/h3>\n<p>Synonymes de brunch, les cong\u00e9s du printemps permettent de cr\u00e9er un sentiment d\u2019appartenance et d\u2019encourager la socialisation, tous deux tr\u00e8s importants dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9. Les plats sucr\u00e9s ou sal\u00e9s qui combinent les bons vieux plats r\u00e9confortants et les saveurs du monde sauront plaire \u00e0 tous. Notre gruau au four, qui regorge de fruits s\u00e9ch\u00e9s et de noix, constitue une mani\u00e8re simple de bonifier un grand classique, tandis que les cr\u00eapes au babeurre et au quinoa rouge sont une belle fa\u00e7on pas trop sucr\u00e9e de commencer la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>Saveurs du monde<\/h3>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9inventer les grands classiques, il n\u2019y a rien de mieux que les ingr\u00e9dients d\u2019ailleurs. Par exemple, le paratha, originaire de l\u2019Inde, est un pain plat tendre et feuillet\u00e9 qui se situe quelque part \u00e0 mi-chemin entre le pain naan et le croissant.
