Et les consommateurs emploient de plus en plus ces technologies. Pour les restaurants, dont la r\u00e9ussite repose sur la compr\u00e9hension des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des consommateurs, c\u2019est le bon moment d\u2019examiner les avantages qu\u2019elles comportent.<\/p>\n<p>Les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones intelligents sont partout\u2026 et ils font d\u00e9sormais partie de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du client. Mais s\u2019il faut choisir, il recommande d\u2019investir dans un site Internet adapt\u00e9 aux appareils mobiles.<\/p>\n<h3>Quand l\u2019investissement vaut-il la peine?<\/h3>\n<p>Beaucoup de restaurateurs h\u00e9sitent \u00e0 investir dans un outil de commande en ligne en raison des co\u00fbts qui y sont associ\u00e9s. Les entreprises qui cr\u00e9ent ces outils offrent avant tout des services commerciaux, et ces services ont un prix. Les restaurateurs se demandent donc quand ils rentreront dans leur argent. Ce \u00e0 quoi Scott McDeivitte r\u00e9pond : \u00ab\u00ad beaucoup plus vite qu\u2019ils ne le pensent \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le fournisseur s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9, on doit compter environ quatre semaines avant que le service ne soit op\u00e9rationnel. Il revient alors au restaurateur de s\u2019assurer que le site fournit toute l\u2019information dont le client a besoin. Et puisque les gens mangent avec les yeux, il ne faut surtout pas sous-estimer le pouvoir des images et des galeries de photos. Il importe \u00e9galement de mettre \u00e0 jour tous les r\u00e9pertoires en ligne auxquels on est inscrit. Si tout est bien fait, les affaires devraient augmenter rapidement.
