Le programme comprend des milliers de produits regroup\u00e9s en six cat\u00e9gories d\u2019all\u00e9gations et de certifications. L\u2019une de ces cat\u00e9gories, bien-\u00eatre des animaux, regroupe un certain nombre de caract\u00e9ristiques li\u00e9es principalement aux pratiques d\u2019\u00e9levage.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Animal Welfare Approved\" href=\"https:\/\/agreenerworld.org\/certifications\/animal-welfare-approved\/standards\/meat-chicken-standards\/\"><strong>Animal Welfare Approved (AWA).<\/strong> <\/a>La volaille certifi\u00e9e AWA provient de fermes o\u00f9 l\u2019on \u00e9l\u00e8ve les animaux conform\u00e9ment aux normes de bien-\u00eatre les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que les animaux doivent notamment tous avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des p\u00e2turages et \u00eatre abattus selon des pratiques sans cruaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"\u00c9lev\u00e9 sans l\u2019usage d\u2019antibiotiques\" href=\"https:\/\/certifiedhumane.org\/how-we-work\/our-standards\/\"><strong>Certified Humane.<\/strong><\/a> La volaille Certified Humane provient de fermes o\u00f9 l\u2019on respecte les normes Humane Farm Animal Care. Ces normes comprennent notamment d\u2019offrir aux animaux une di\u00e8te nutritive sans antibiotiques ni hormones, un abri, une aire de repos ou un espace suffisant pour leur permettre d\u2019avoir un comportement normal.<\/p>\n<p>La cat\u00e9gorie bien-\u00eatre des animaux englobe aussi des all\u00e9gations comme \u00e9lev\u00e9 en libert\u00e9, \u00e9lev\u00e9 sans l\u2019usage d\u2019hormones ajout\u00e9es et \u00e9lev\u00e9 sans l\u2019usage d\u2019antibiotiques.<\/p>\n<p>Ces all\u00e9gations ou certifications offrent aux restaurateurs et aux clients un plus grand degr\u00e9 de transparence lors du choix d\u2019un produit. Il faut cependant garder en t\u00eate qu\u2019elles n\u2019influencent pas toujours le choix des consommateurs.
