Les autres facteurs \u2013 bon rapport qualit\u00e9-prix, excellence du service, propret\u00e9, qualit\u00e9 des aliments et boissons \u2013 concernent tous l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, comme c\u2019est le cas depuis des d\u00e9cennies.<\/p>\n<p>De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, vitesse, <a href=\"https:\/\/gfs.ca\/fr-ca\/ideas\/selecting-portability-strategy\/\">livraison<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gfs.ca\/fr-ca\/ideas\/mobile-ordering-it-right-you\/\">, commande<\/a> en ligne et usage des technologies sont tous des facteurs qui gagnent en popularit\u00e9, et pourraient donc \u00e9galement d\u00e9terminer la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019un restaurant \u00e0 offrir une exp\u00e9rience de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les jeunes consommateurs habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 la livraison et aux technologies, une bonne exp\u00e9rience se traduit par la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 leur fa\u00e7on d\u2019interagir avec le monde. Les autres g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont elles aussi attir\u00e9es par la livraison, mais accordent toujours de l\u2019importance aux interactions amicales et au service attentionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Donc, comment attire-t-on des gens de tous les \u00e2ges? En trouvant l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre les technologies les plus pratiques et un service personnalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa part, McDonald\u2019s a choisi de jumeler guichets de commande et service aux tables. Mais on pourrait aussi offrir la commande \u00e0 la fois en ligne et au comptoir ou encore privil\u00e9gier la technologie le midi et un service plus attentionn\u00e9 le soir. La cl\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 bien doser les choses sans nuire aux activit\u00e9s quotidiennes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce type d\u2019approche convient \u00e0 tous les segments.
