Malgr\u00e9 ce qu\u2019en dit le dictionnaire, le leadership concerne l\u2019influence, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 amener les gens \u00e0 prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p>Et plusieurs leaders faillissent \u00e0 la t\u00e2che. \u00c0 preuve, le nombre incroyable d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi affich\u00e9es dans les vitrines des commer\u00e7ants. En restauration, cela signifie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement qu\u2019un employ\u00e9 est parti, laissant un poste vacant.<\/p>\n<p>Mais pourquoi les gens d\u00e9missionnent-ils? Pas pour l\u2019argent. Des \u00e9tudes montrent que 75 % des gens qui ont quitt\u00e9 un emploi dans les trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es l\u2019ont fait en raison de leur sup\u00e9rieur. Selon The Great Game of Business, une organisation qui sensibilise les jeunes aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de l\u2019emploi et de la croissance, la bonne relation avec le sup\u00e9rieur repr\u00e9sente la principale raison pour laquelle les gens restent dans une entreprise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gfs.ca\/fr-ca\/ideas\/mentor-your-way-success\/\">Et que faut-il pour \u00eatre un bon leader<\/a>? D\u2019abord, personne n\u2019adh\u00e8re \u00e0 la vision de quelqu\u2019un simplement pour son titre. Les employ\u00e9s suivent les gens pour qui ils ont du respect.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s un sondage d\u2019ArcTree, les employ\u00e9s appr\u00e9cient les leaders qui :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>T\u00e9moignent de la reconnaissance pour le travail accompli<\/li>\n<li>Leur donne le sentiment de faire partie du processus<\/li>\n<li>Montrent de l\u2019empathie au sujet des questions personnelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un leader peut f\u00e9liciter quelqu\u2019un devant les autres. L\u2019employ\u00e9 se sent bien. Le leader para\u00eet bien. Et le respect s\u2019installe.<\/p>\n<p>Un leader peut solliciter la participation des employ\u00e9s. Il souhaite vendre plus de burgers? Il peut demander des suggestions \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe. Si l\u2019une d\u2019entre elles fonctionne, tout le monde y gagne.<\/p>\n<p>Un bon leader doit aimer les gens et vraiment apprendre \u00e0 les conna\u00eetre : nom de leurs conjoint et enfants, \u00e9quipe sportive favorite, endroit o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9, etc. Quand on conna\u00eet quelqu\u2019un, on arrive plus facilement \u00e0 d\u00e9celer si quelque chose ne va pas. Sans pour autant accepter un mauvais rendement, on peut alors tenter de les aider et les remettre sur la bonne voie.<\/p>\n<p>Le vrai leadership est une question d\u2019influence.
