Poser des questions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Posez des questions \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9s : \u00ab\u00adSais-tu pourquoi tu dois porter un filet pour les cheveux?\u00bb, \u00ab\u00adSavais-tu que les gants ne servent pas \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger tes mains, mais plut\u00f4t les aliments? \u00bb, etc. Leurs r\u00e9ponses risquent de faire ressortir les lacunes. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois votre \u00e9valuation des connaissances et de l\u2019importance accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la salubrit\u00e9 termin\u00e9e, renforcez votre culture en d\u00e9finissant pourquoi la salubrit\u00e9 compte autant.
