En surveillant le nombre d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients qu\u2019on garde en stock, on simplifie la gestion des commandes et de l\u2019inventaire, on gagne en espace d\u2019entreposage et on r\u00e9duit le gaspillage alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Mais l\u2019utilisation judicieuse des ingr\u00e9dients n\u2019a pas \u00e0 limiter la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Les recettes suivantes montrent bien comment l\u2019inventivit\u00e9 et la commodit\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre compl\u00e9mentaires.
