Et cela s\u2019applique autant \u00e0 ce qui se passe dans la salle \u00e0 manger qu\u2019ailleurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Personne n\u2019a envie de se compliquer la vie, et vous \u00eates parfaitement en mesure de mettre en place un processus simple et efficace, de la commande au ramassage ou \u00e0 la livraison. Ce processus peut se diviser en quatre \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Commande<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si vous utilisez une plateforme num\u00e9rique, \u00e9vitez les frustrations en gardant votre menu \u00e0 jour. Assurez-vous aussi que vos employ\u00e9s utilisent le bon menu et les bons prix quand ils r\u00e9pondent aux clients par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Enfin, communiquez aux clients le temps approximatif qu\u2019il faudra pour pr\u00e9parer la commande de m\u00eame que toute directive pertinente sur la proc\u00e9dure de ramassage ou de livraison.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Assemblage<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour toutes les commandes \u00e0 emporter ou \u00e0 livrer, vous devez cr\u00e9er un espace d\u00e9sign\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux clients ou aux livreurs. Avant que la commande ne soit transf\u00e9r\u00e9e dans cet espace, il faut la v\u00e9rifier \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une liste qui d\u00e9taille tout le contenu des commandes : plat, serviettes de table, ustensiles, condiments, coupons, carte de commentaires, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Arriv\u00e9e du client<\/h3>\n<p>Quand le client arrive, il doit comprendre rapidement comment fonctionne le ramassage. Utilisez, par exemple, des panneaux pour marquer les espaces de stationnement r\u00e9serv\u00e9s au ramassage. Si vous offrez le service \u00e0 l\u2019auto (les clients aiment beaucoup ce service qui leur \u00e9vite de faire la fille \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur), vous devez communiquer le num\u00e9ro \u00e0 utiliser une fois sur place.
