En fait, ses saveurs, tout aussi excitantes et diff\u00e9rentes les unes que les autres, repr\u00e9sentent plus de 20 pays situ\u00e9s en Europe, en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez-vous \u00e0 faire voyager vos clients. Or, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses diff\u00e9rents ar\u00f4mes et couleurs, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive se pr\u00eate aussi aux salades, aux marinades et aux trempettes ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 divers modes de cuisson. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00abL\u2019huile de canola go\u00fbtera toujours l\u2019huile de canola. Sa saveur n\u2019a pas beaucoup de profondeur. L\u2019huile d\u2019olive, par contre, c\u2019est comme le vin ou le caf\u00e9 : le climat, les conditions de culture et l\u2019assemblage de diff\u00e9rentes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s peuvent cr\u00e9er de merveilleuses saveurs et caract\u00e9ristiques\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre particularit\u00e9 que l\u2019huile d\u2019olive partage avec le vin est le fait qu\u2019elle peut se p\u00e9rimer. Nicholas Gonring pr\u00e9vient les exploitants de la go\u00fbter avant son utilisation afin de s\u2019assurer qu\u2019elle n\u2019est pas rance. \u00abUne fois qu\u2019on a ajout\u00e9 cette saveur rance, on ne peut pas l\u2019enlever.\u00bb&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Les \u00e9pices, les herbes et les m\u00e9langes d\u2019\u00e9pices<\/h3>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/gfs.ca\/fr-ca\/ideas\/et-si-seulement-la-gastronomie-mediterraneenne-pouvait-parler\/\">saveur de la cuisine m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne repose sur les assaisonnements. Les chefs peuvent \u00e9galement avoir recours \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9langes d\u2019\u00e9pices propres \u00e0 la cuisine m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le baharat. <\/strong>Ce m\u00e9lange tout usage est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9 de poivre noir, de cardamome, de clous de girofle, de muscade, de coriandre et de paprika. On l\u2019utilise pour les sauces, les soupes, les l\u00e9gumes et la viande.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le dukka.<\/strong> Compos\u00e9 de noix, de graines de s\u00e9same, de coriandre et de cumin, le dukka s\u2019apparente \u00e0 l\u2019assaisonnement \u00e0 bagels \u00abtout garnis\u00bb. Il peut ajouter une touche croustillante au poisson, servir de garniture aux \u0153ufs ou m\u00eame \u00eatre saupoudr\u00e9 sur du pain pr\u00e9alablement tremp\u00e9 dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le zaatar.<\/strong> Ce m\u00e9lange comprenant de l\u2019origan, du thym, de la marjolaine, du sumac et des graines de s\u00e9same sert \u00e0 assaisonner la viande et les l\u00e9gumes ou \u00e0 garnir l\u2019hummus.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Les trempettes, les sauces et les condiments<\/h3>\n<p>On peut \u00e9galement int\u00e9grer les saveurs m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes \u00e0 son menu par l\u2019entremise des trempettes, des sauces et des condiments. Une des options les plus populaires est l\u2019harissa, une p\u00e2te de piment fort rouge utilis\u00e9e pour rehausser le go\u00fbt d\u2019une multitude de plats allant du poisson aux l\u00e9gumes en passant par les soupes et les rago\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abL\u2019harissa est de plus en plus commun, et il est maintenant tr\u00e8s accessible aux consommateurs\u00bb, mentionne Nicholas Gonring. \u00abIl est vendu en pot et pr\u00eat \u00e0 utiliser, ce qui facilite la t\u00e2che et fait \u00e9conomiser du temps.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Nicholas Gonring recommande deux autres condiments pouvant apporter une touche m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne au menu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gfs.ca\/fr-ca\/ideas\/recette\/grilled-cauliflower-steak-0\/\">Le muhammara<\/a>. <\/strong>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une autre p\u00e2te rouge, mais cette fois compos\u00e9e de poivron rouge, de noix de Grenoble, de m\u00e9lasse de grenade et de chapelure. Le muhammara est excellent comme tartinade \u00e0 sandwich ou trempette.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gfs.ca\/fr-ca\/ideas\/recette\/harissa-honey-glazed-chicken\/\">La toum<\/a>.<\/strong> . Cette sauce \u00e0 l\u2019ail d\u2019origine libanaise, dont la texture cr\u00e9meuse est semblable \u00e0 la mayonnaise, est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une \u00e9mulsion d\u2019ail, de sel, d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et de jus de citron.
