Mettre en place un programme de mentorat<\/strong><br \/>\nAidez les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner leurs aspirations et \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leur potentiel. Pensez \u00e0 inclure :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Du mentorat traditionnel : un membre exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipe devient le mentor d\u2019un membre moins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Mentorat de groupe ou d\u2019\u00e9quipe : les dirigeants travaillent avec de petits groupes au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.
