Les membres des \u00e9quipes de services alimentaires et nutritionnels bien form\u00e9s jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la satisfaction des clients et leurs bonnes mani\u00e8res cr\u00e9ent une exp\u00e9rience de repas positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9tails que les gens ne remarquent pas au premier abord comptent plus qu\u2019on ne le pense. Le fait d\u2019avoir une salle \u00e0 manger pr\u00eate pour le service donne une bonne premi\u00e8re impression et se traduit par une impression durable qui porte ses fruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une table correctement dress\u00e9e, des chaises et des nappes propres, une vaisselle attrayante, ainsi que des verres et des ustensiles impeccables sont autant de facteurs de r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-add-comfort-with-consistency\">Am\u00e9liorer le confort<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites usage d\u2019une \u00e9tiquette de service qui renforce cette coh\u00e9rence et am\u00e9liore l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du repas. Voici quelques \u00e9tapes pour assurer une \u00e9tiquette appropri\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de service :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Servir les plats du c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche du client et avec la main gauche.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir les boissons du c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit du client et avec la main droite.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la situation exige quelque chose de diff\u00e9rent, se rappeler ceci :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quand on sert du c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche du client, on utilise toujours la main gauche.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quand on sert du c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit, on utilise la main droite.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La table doit toujours \u00eatre d\u00e9barrass\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de la droite du client.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il faut absolument \u00e9viter de se pencher devant ou par-dessus un client durant le service.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il faut toujours dire \u00abpardon\u00bb avant de servir ou de d\u00e9barrasser.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019on sert le plat principal, l\u2019assiette qui le contient doit \u00eatre celle situ\u00e9e le plus pr\u00e8s du client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toujours \u00eatre courtois. Ne pas interrompre les conversations des clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demander au client si l\u2019on peut retirer les aliments non consomm\u00e9s. Si la personne n\u2019a rien mang\u00e9, on peut lui demander si elle pr\u00e9f\u00e9rerait un autre plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il est important de demander de l\u2019aide \u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues si n\u00e9cessaire et d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 aider les autres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire tout le n\u00e9cessaire pour acquiescer aux demandes sp\u00e9ciales des clients.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-make-guests-aware-of-choices\">Informer les clients des choix possibles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque personne a ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, il vaut donc mieux proposer des choix lorsque cela est possible.
