Les interactions sociales font \u00e9galement partie du service des repas, et un mauvais langage corporel de votre \u00e9quipe peut g\u00e2cher l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du repas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les serveurs, il ne suffit pas de faire attention \u00e0 ce qu\u2019on dit, mais aussi \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont on le dit. Formez votre \u00e9quipe de soins de sant\u00e9, de soins de longue dur\u00e9e et de service aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es \u00e0 prendre conscience que le langage corporel, la posture et le ton de la voix peuvent \u00eatre plus porteurs de sens que les mots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-maintain-positive-body-language\">Maintenir un langage corporel positif<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques gestes simples qui influencent la satisfaction des clients :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sourire chaque fois que cela est appropri\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garder la t\u00eate relev\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire face au client lorsqu\u2019on communique avec celui-ci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tablir un contact visuel, mais ne pas fixer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire \u00e0 l\u2019occasion un signe de t\u00eate quand un client parle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garder une bonne posture et avoir les \u00e9paules d\u00e9tendues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adopter une attitude positive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-avoid-common-mistakes\">\u00c9viter les erreurs courantes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pris plusieurs fois par jour, <a href=\"https:\/\/gfs.ca\/fr-ca\/ideas\/mind-your-manners-positive-dining-room-experience\/\">les repas doivent \u00eatre agr\u00e9ables et stimulants.<\/a>Ne laissez pas les gestes suivants g\u00e2cher l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du client :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ne pas \u00e9tablir de contact visuel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixer le client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se croiser les bras.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rouler des yeux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Froncer les sourcils.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoir une mauvaise posture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se toucher le visage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre agit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-look-sharp\">Avoir l\u2019air impeccable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019apparence et l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne personnelle influencent \u00e9galement l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du repas. Cr\u00e9ez une politique sur le sujet de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle refl\u00e8te l\u2019image et la marque souhait\u00e9es. Formez votre \u00e9quipe et faites respecter les normes que vous avez \u00e9tablies.
