Nous avons une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9vou\u00e9e de sp\u00e9cialistes en assurance qualit\u00e9 hautement qualifi\u00e9e qui est responsable de v\u00e9rifier la qualit\u00e9 et de garantir l\u2019innocuit\u00e9 de chacun des produits offerts par Service alimentaire Gordon.<\/p><p>Autant pour les produits de marques exclusives que pour ceux de marques nationales, notre mission consiste \u00e0 nous assurer que chaque produit est conforme aux exigences en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 et de salubrit\u00e9 des aliments. Nous y parvenons gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des processus de pointe r\u00e9p\u00e9tables qui englobent toutes les \u00e9tapes de la ferme \u00e0 l\u2019assiette (dont la cr\u00e9ation, la fabrication, le transport, la distribution et la pr\u00e9paration finale).\u00a0<\/p><p>Ces processus n\u00e9cessitent une approche d\u2019\u00e9quipe et les membres cl\u00e9s du personnel sont correctement form\u00e9s et strat\u00e9giquement plac\u00e9s pour maintenir ces normes dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019entreprise. Nous utilisons \u00e9galement des indicateurs cl\u00e9s par fournisseur et par client pour \u00e9valuer nos performances et chercher des moyens mesurables de mettre en \u0153uvre des
