These areas lack year-round road, railroad, or marine access, the cost of flying in perishable goods can make prices very high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NNC tackles this challenge through several key pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Retail Subsidies:<\/strong> The core of the program.
