The challenge is getting the message out to dining customers that even though your dining room is closed, your business is open for takeout, drive-thru and delivery.<\/p>\n<p>The National Restaurant Association reports that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrn.com\/news\/premise-orders-reach-about-60-foodservice-occasions\">off-premise orders<\/a>&nbsp;already make up about 60% of an operator\u2019s business. This is a reminder that your commitment to public safety doesn\u2019t mean turning out the lights.<\/p>\n<p>In today\u2019s unprecedented social-distancing climate, providing access to food can be a community lifeline. At the same time, it supports your business.
